Old Business;
Our annual Oasis Shoot was a big success and fun was had by all who attended. I personally want to send out a BIG “thank you” to all of our members who worked their butt’s off getting ready for this shoot and making it such a great success. I wish to also thank Wilderness Archery and The Bow Rack for their support again this year as they really came thru for us as they always do. So, please support these two pro shops and purchase your archery items from them. Again, thank you.
We are still in need of a club publicist and are looking for a member to volunteer for this year.
Range Report;
The range is in great condition and the trees are full of leaves, so the shooting is great. Dave and other members have begun working on the re-placement of some of the target lanes on the south side of the range. They are also in the process of continuing work on the new practice range.
Remember: No smoking on the range!
New Business:
The new Yolo Bowmen Website is up and running. Please have some patience as we are still being taught how to update it regularly. If anyone has news, information, stories, or pictures, please send them to me so we can load them into the website. If you have several pictures, it might be better to send them to me on a disc. Mark is looking into buildings as we are moving forward on getting a building erected. The County of Yolo has put up a new fence on the North end of the range. It is too close for safety and they are going to erect another fence out where our warning signs are currently posted. Al Rafferty is working with Kris from the county on the fencing project so no more mistakes are made. Dave Haverstock and other members are in the process of laying out a design for our new practice range and also the moving or re-arranging of a few of the south side targets.
Nor-Cal Report:
Al Rafferty is the new Vice President for Nor-Cal. There is some discussion going on about a club shoot challenge which would be held on club shoot Sundays. They will let all clubs know when the details are worked out.

Financial Report:
Robert Tobarez is reporting that we have been doing well with our members getting their dues in and he has been getting money from the range pay cans. We have also been getting several new members joining the club and attending meetings and shoots. The club is off to a good start for 2007.
Equipment Report:
The yellow tractor needs some mechanical work done as it uses lots of water and needs to have all of the mower flails replaced. The weed eaters are in Hughes Power Equipment in Dixon for repair and should be done soon. We are also in need of a couple of new riding lawn mowers as two of our existing ones are getting tired.
Dues are due beginning January 1 2007. The yearly fee is $50.00 per person or family.
